categories would be attachments to the bottom of a ticket and searchable with the ticket searchbar (e.g. "site ui" | "search" | "formatting")
categories should be able to be generated by the improveloop manager of whatever loop you're on (say a game loop has a "mining" "exploring" "fishing" "QOL" "bugs" set of categories) , and selectable before submitting a ticket
categories should be mandatory, with all suggestions defaulting to a forcefully-generated "miscellaneous" category if none are generated, or if none are suggested beforehand. this would also make a forced merge of old suggestions and new suggestions a clean movement, as all current suggestions site-wide could be immediately flagged as "miscellaneous" in one go, without having to track the difference between old and new
