I have one small suggestion. When I track quest items, they appear in red in the bottom-left box. For me, and perhaps others too, these numbers are difficult to read due to a mild red-green colour vision deficiency. Therefore, I would really appreciate the option to change this colour to something more visible.

adding a "6 simplified" color selector (just primary/secondary colors) to "full" and "mastery levels" in the settings would be a clean way to implement this for the quest box.
i am not colorblind and it is highly visible for me, but i really hope more than just red/green are added as yellow/blue and such and so forth exist. this may also improve light mode by allowing more options in general
however it gets added, i'm sure anything will be of help! thanks for your time in reading this!
