This may be a complex mechanic, so bear with me lol
To get this item, you would need to sacrifice 100 lobsters to a repeatable temple chain. For each charm you have, it increases the chance of getting a second lobster by 10% and getting a third by 1%. After getting 10 of these (Which is over 1k lobsters donated) you would increase your chances of getting a third lobster by 10% and a fourth by 1%.

1C = 1L 89%, 2L 10%, 3L 1%
3C = 1L 67%, 2L 30%, 3L 3%
9C = 1L 0%, 2L 91%, 3L 9%
10C = 2L 89%, 3L 10%, 4L 1%
15C = 2L 45%, 3L 50%, 4L 5%
