I LOVE when folks in chat remind others to drink water, grab a snack, take a break from the game. Its a nice check-in that some people may not have otherwise. Its nice to be able to look out for one another and its a valid statement to make because some forget these responsibilities. I think if there was an emote, or some pop-up that checks in with the player every now and then, would be an excellent idea.
Say every three hours you get a pop-up banner that mentions something about drinking water, or a fun fact about something that can be on rotation, but a good message none-the-less. This could be turned off in game settings for those who find it annoying, but it could be a helpful reminder to some who may not have others there to remind them.
We all love this game but we have to love ourselves and love each other as well.
