Hi y’all. I am still new but one of my biggest blunders is that I sent an event item to an NPC. Every time I go to send someone something I always have to scroll past limited edition items and try hard to ensure I do not accidentally click on the item to send it.
My request would be to create a lock item option similar to how items are locked for the store to stop me from accidentally sending items I do not want to again. I understand I can just be careful but I scroll past these items regularly and would like to remove the possibility if accidentally sending a useful item.

Hello Farmer Matt, have you raise a support ticket regarding this? staff might recover the item for you, and one good way is also to store things you dont want to lose in the storehouse! (once you get them)

Hi there! Thank you for your comment. That’s a good idea. I’ll try the storehouse but I am pretty sure mine is full already lol.
And yeah I did reach out to them but either way I’ll have to try to get another one. Lol I just thought this could help keep the mailbox more organized tho.
Even if making a new lock isn’t feasible if there was a way to hide or move some items that I will likely never mail to a different section then I wouldn’t have to keep scrolling past them until I eventually do it again lol
