I wish there were the ability to pin a craft, so that we can track the ingredients as we collect them. Maybe even craft it from the pin. Similar to how we have quest tracking. For instance, Veggie Juice requires quite a number of ingredients that I find hard to remember. If we could pin it, then we can go around FarmRPG collecting each ingredient then craft what we need.

What you are describing sounds to me like it already exists - mastery tracker plus quick craft.
