A basement to the tower could be used for mining related masteries(and other future skills). This would separate out these masteries to give more purpose to the skill for newer players rather than sticking these new item at the top of the tower where newer players won't have as much reason to work on mining related content. Could add artifacts to regular tower to buff mining and artifacts to basement to buff regular side, this would encourage players to work both sides rather than just focus on one or the other.
