A farm supply perk that allows you to set a floor value after which you can no longer sell. Would be useful to prevent accidentally selling your entire inventory of an item when you are just trying to open up some space. For example setting the floor of steel vise to 10k, so no matter what you do the game doesn’t allow you to sell if it would bring your inventory under that value.

This could also be amazingly helpful to set a 245 account-wide minimum so that you are max collecting for PHR rewards (245 is required to receive the maximum reward)

When enabled, Click “quick sell” button once and you sell half your inventory. Click again if you want to sell the other half.
