White Sugar, Brown Sugar, and Molasses currently need to be converted in the sugar mill. This does not align well with other farm products: We don't need to convert milk to butter in the cow pasture, fruits to juices in the orchard, or straw to twine in the hayfield.
Instead, make them craftable in the workshop using the recipes provided for current conversion. If needed, adjust the recipe to cancel out 45% resource saver.
