I have been thinking of a way to make Wine more useful in the game. What I came up with is to have the Wine as its own ingredient to create a "demi-glace". That demi-glace could then be used to *enhance* dishes during the cooking processes, introducing a new fourth interaction to the mix. Now, this ingredient can only effectively work with savory dishes, so I then came up with "brown butter" to work with the few sweet dishes in the game. Both the demi-glace and brown butter could be created separately in a "saucier station" working similarly to the different Mills in the farm (perhaps one unit every 10 minutes or something instead of every 1 minute).

An alternate/companion suggestion would be to have the Wine value in the cellar to scale up with the Cooking level, as that is the most relatable skill to wine (other than just straight Crafting it). Having the Wine value scale up would also make all of the Cellar Expansions more valuable, getting people to spend their gold on them.
