Lately I'm feeling like whenever you make a suggestion it's met with a wall of hostility and a strong defensive stance. This goes against Redbrook's ethos of being a positive community.

I would like the Code of Conduct to be amended to include a professional way to handle feedback. It seems like this game doesn't have a proper system in place to deal with it, apart from post it here, and for it to never see the light of day. As the game expands, this problem will only get worse unless it's addressed.

Here are my proposed amendments:

1) Take a deep breath before replying to the feedback.
2) Thank the feedback author.
3) Acknowledge the feedback.
4) Insert copy paste, this is our process for feedback, and what will happen from here. Perhaps loop this loop thing into an automated support ticket.
5) Once the feedback has been reviewed (I feel like a fortnight / three week cycle is fair), a developer comment (short n' sweet) with a yay or nay.
5) Feedback to be discussed only on improve loop to prevent walls in chat.
6) Acknowledge that everyone has opinions and they are to be respected.
7) Easy to access bullet point record of previous recommendations here so that we don't duplicate / know the developers stance on them.

TLDR: Farm RPG needs a professional feedback system to cater for the next growth stage and protect the integrity of the game.

Thanks
