Just like it's july and there is an event going on for yellow watermelon and hot potato.. then why not reduce the growing time of those two crops for the time event.. like 50% decrease in growing time.. also alternate option is to increase the yield for the specific crops by 1.25 or 1.3 or anything that's balanced..
