TLDR:
Swap the currency required to improve the item# and item amount upgrades.
TLDR - Reasoning
At current, Storehouse is little more than novelty mostly due to its minimal size and impractical use scenario. Allowing fewer items at a more reasonable quantity size would allow players to use the Storehouse to separate goods intended for giving as opposed to receiving.
Example for clarity:
I run giveaways occasionally. People want to donate to the prize pool. I have often wanted even just 5 Max inventory slots that I can put MY OWN AP/LN/OJ off to the side for a moment so that I may accept the donated goods, then give them away, then pull my own inventory back out again.
As of current, because of how difficult Gold is to come by as a player resource, I cannot imagine using gold to improve the Storehouse in order to bring any kind of value to my gameplay since the proportions are effectively useless. I would be willing to pay gold for a few more slots to use. I am unwilling to pay gold to bring my storehouse limit from 75 to 100 when my inventory is in the 1000's.
I see new players trying to participate in giveaways often and I feel this will help everyone. I hope this was clear enough to understand.
