currently we have a setting to lock quest items once tracked, i would like the option to lock all the items in a quest itself, as i don't enjoy locking my tracked PHR's but i do like locking long lists like PAMRATS/STARMAP/DI
this could easily be placed as "lock/unlock" right above/below "track items", could also be divided horizontally like how "plant all" is
