A perk that allows you to "phr lock" items so you can't sell, use, open etc below 245 items.

Or allow items stored in storehouse to count toward phr reward amounts which would allow for more uses to the storehouse.

Alternatively reward amounts could be changed to be similar to elegability for rewards where if youve ever gotten 245 of an item you get max rewards.
