For example, ((Fishing Net)) works but ((Fishing Nets)) should work as well. I don't think I'm the first to suggest this but I'm going to suggest it anyway.

I think this would be a lot more complicated than it seems at first because pluralization rules are not as simple as adding -s. Some items are already plural and you have to account for that or else you get stuff like bananass. Items like potato or bamboo trellis require -es, gold leaf drops the f and adds -ves, shark tooth changes entirely to shark teeth, octopus is either octopi or octopuses (though my vote is for octopodes), and the various -fish/-shrimp/-trout don't change at all. Then there's nouns that can be both countable or uncountable, like candy. And there's the compound noun plurals, i.e. the attorneys general rule: mug of beer becomes MUGS of beer, not mug of BEERS. And what even is the plural of Buddy Elf on a Shelf? Buddy Elves on a Shelf? Buddy Elves on Shelves?
