Currently the only place to see cook time is the cook book. It would be good if this was also on the item screen and alongside the ingredients when you are selecting a meal to cook.

I second this - within the “Cookable” label bar would be a great place to see cook time if not a separate “Cook Time” bar similar to the vegetable’s “Growth Time” label bar.
