Currently the Givable section only shows on items that are mailable, with a Yes column confirming that it is givable. No Givable section appears on items that are not mailable. Many players, especially new ones, have difficulty determining which items can be mailed, even with the helpful Library reference page.
It is easier to search for the presence of something rather than the absence of it, so I propose Givable be listed on all items for conformity. The Yes column can say Yes, No, or Sometimes (when there are additional farming level restrictions).
