Coffee beans as a new crop, with an added building to ground beans and make and generate coffee. From there you could mix different kinds of coffee and make it to where each town's person would take their coffee a different way. Multiple different coffee recipes with consumable effects as well as giveable to townspeople; ground coffee should be mailable to other players as well. The sugar mill could go as a side to partner with the coffee. You could even combo some recipes to go with others. Example Coffee with a pie or cake could make a whole other meal or consumable. Different kinds of cakes. Example: carrot cake, honey cake, donuts, specialty bread. Combo with a bakery in the kitchen to make cooking even better. Special ingredients could be added to the mining experience to craft some of the new items for the coffees and cakes. A rewarding challenge. Coffee could give an effect such as x10 tap with exploring for 60 seconds. With a limit to how many you can consume, because to much caffeine is bad. Cakes could give random experiences in fishing such as catching rare fish for the next 10 catches. Or something along those lines..
