Would be super cute to have a bobblehead merit badge, given other collectibles are seeing merit badges. Obviously there is the existing BFF merit badge, but incentivizing other townsfolk 99's could be good if there are plans for certain townsfolk requirements for quests or zones.
The requirement for the badge could be like 10-15 bobbleheads (maybe more), and I'm sure it would have really amazing art :D
(I'll admit this is a self-serving suggestion, but I just love the bobbleheads so much)
