I would like to suggest a notation next to the wheel spin prize when you get a free spin on the Wheel of Borgan and you choose the x10 spin option. Right now when you do 10 spins at once, it's unclear if any of them were free when you have that perk.

No it isn't, it already tells you which ones are free when it pops up with what you got. It'll say (free spin)
