More of a QOL improvement but having event masteries like frozen fish and the like not be on the masteries list unless they are attainable would make things cleaner in the masteries list.

I need this so much. I missed one frozen fish by only a few and literallt every time I look at mysteries it's right there at the top of the list taunting me :(
