With resource saver and the other perks, I am almost always over crafting by at least a little. It would be nice if we could say "Craft Y to X" that would take into consideration our perks.
For example, if I need 100 wooden planks, but I have enough to make 200. I can simply put in "craft up to 100" on its item page and that will give me 100 (or the closest number over it).

Just in case, If you craft full inventory of items, you get extra resources back.
But yes, it's just not very convenient. You have to do mental math every time you need to craft certain amount of something.
