I think it'd be nice to have a block list in case you want to easily find people who you've blocked in the past to potentially unblock them. And in that same vein would be really nice to be able to have unique player tags so that way you can find accounts even after they have done name changes.

I'd like a block list, but I don't want permanent player IDs visible to everyone, in case someone is changing their username due to harassment or similar.
