I suggest to improve farming experience by (1)crafts for ((a)) tractor, ((b)) crops-based planter (wheat planter, corn planter, watermelon planter, ...), (2) perks to improve the the tractor and plater performance, linear increase for the tractor count (craft/buy one per row) and same for planter (3) automation for both (4) maybe clicker minigame in farming to improve the performance by 30 sec. per click for example
