I think a nice addition to the townsfolk roster would be a few children. I mean, so far Redbrook only seems to be inhabited by adults, but there is a schoolhouse and trick-or-treaters and whatnot. I think a young boy and a young girl would be a great start. Maybe the girl could be Rosalie's neice or something. Idk. Tell me what you think!

To add a child means parents then you have to incorporate all of these people into quest and why they just appear in the end game randomly.
