I think we need a few more achievements, my suggestions:
1- Responsable farmer for 10~100k or so crops grown. (To discourage people from asking too much for crops they should grow themselves).
2- Some cooking related achievements (to motivate cooking actions and help a bit with the cost of cooking perks).

One for 99ing ALL friendships
Getting a pet or farm animal to some high level (like 13 for pets and 99 for animals, not sure if either are actually possible though)
