honestly, emberstone seems to be used in places I would think carbon spheres or coal would make more sense, so in my head I feel like you should be able to craft them into each other, like machine press & 4 coal = carbon sphere, carbon sphere & hammer = emberstone, emberstone & wood = 4 coal
