Make a perk that lets you save and choose a set of multiple meals at once rather than having to click back and forth and wasting time while the clock is already clicking. A lot of time is currently wasted on this, especially for four or more meals at once, but a meal set option would fix this. It's implementation would look similar to the current auto feature in workshop, only meal sets would be in your inventory where meals currently are selected.

A current workaround is to queue up eating the meal, don't hit confirm, go back to your inventory and click the next meal etc then confirm all at once. It's still fiddly, but you can activate them all pretty rapidly this way.
