Hello. Having another add-on to the farm house would be a lot of fun. The Coffeehouse (TM)

There we could brew coffee of various roasts and flavors.

Ideas:

Each townsfolk has a favorite coffee.
Coffee beans as a new crop.
Coffee pots as a new craftable, like pie pans.
Maybe coffees give some sort of play bonus but honestly, that isn't needed in my opinion.

A daily minigame like in Animal Crossing would be cool!

This would be nice. Coffee maybe giving a fixed % bonus to stamina regen with each teir of coffee like the energy drink gold perk but for X amount of time like food gives.
