Make a calendar/library page with dates/times when players will be hosting giveaways (assuming there is 24+hr notice). This could be in addition to the banner announcing raffle dates or just having a link to the calendar. For mobile and when notifications become more of a thing for everyone, for the bigger raffles/events (week+ notice/prep) send a notification reminding players of the event happening. This could also be moved to discord and make a event tag people can opt into to get notifications about raffle information.
