When adjusting order on a craftworks preset, saving the preset does not save the adjusted order. The only way I can get it to work is by removing an item, saving it, adding the item back in the order I want it, and saving it again.

Hit "play all" button after adjusting order. You will see that order numbers on the left will change, then save. I believe that was done to reduce server lag caused by craftworks.
