I'd love to filter specific level of pigs I want to feed at given time. I presume the need is self explanatory.

Why would you filter by level for feeding? Shouldn't you feed all your pigs every day?

I can't see any benefits from leveling them beyond level 7. Also if you got hundreds of them you need too spend your resources on low level pigs first.
