Ghost wakes up in an insane asylum with no recollection of the past few weeks. The doctors keep telling him he killed people. They try to tell him Toast was in his head all along. Will he escape, is he crazy, or is something far more malicious happening?

I like this one. The feeling I get from it is like the episode of Smallville when the Phantom possessed Clark and tricked him into thinking his entire life was a delusion to escape the reality that he was in an insane asylum.
