Directly after the events that took place at the summer camp, Toast is driving away from the camp but he sees a mysterious blood covered stranger that fits the description of what Johnny was seeing. Terrified he flees to a new safe racoon city, where he finds officer Malogny. The two fight to survive the thing that is hunting them, and struggle to keep their sanity. Johnny spirit returns at the end to successfully stop Jimmy Casket. As the two fight for control over Johnnys body toast and malogny escape.
