Reinfections?
Does the state health department have any data on the number of persons that may have been reinfected after say, 90 days or so?

The new daily deaths chart is not reporting the same number of deaths as the old charts. The old charts agree with the CDC data.

Sorry - I misspoke. It’s the number of deaths listed on the county history page that is confirmed. The number of deaths for each county on the home page (the current day’s deaths) is confirmed + probable. It would help if these were the same.

In the county detail on the home page, the number of deaths listed appears to be the number of confirmed deaths, but the (state) total at the bottom of the list is confirmed + probable. These should be consistent. My preference is confirmed, but not sure that reflects the majority of your audience.
Also, could the number of new tests appear in the county historical data? Thanks.

Just wondering, do probable cases get counted as confirmed in the days following?

Is it possible to allow the user to select which charts are overlaid on top of each other? For example, I would like to overlay the testing numbers on the case numbers. I would think this is doable if the axis' contain the same data (date and numbers).

Every other chart (pretty much) starts at 0. Starting at 0.9 makes it look like we are at almost no transmission rate. While 0.95 is an improvement from recent levels, it is still a fairly concerning number!

I wanted to zoom in on the number of new cases but it doesn't work.

On the vaccine page it would be nice to see a weekly graph report showing the number of doses the state has received from the federal government.

On Safari on iPad, the values in the boxes across the top of the vaccine data page are spilling out of their boxes.

On Safari on iPad, the header loses spacing between the icon and logo and the drop down when you scroll down the page.

Once the RsubT chart weekly value slips below 1 you can't touch a specific day and have the value display.

Are the deaths by county reporting the county where the person resided or the county where they actually died? Makes a big difference in understanding the data for counties that don't have a major hospital (or any at all).

Would it be possible to have the current date of info appear on the main page. It's hard to tell if the data is from today or yesterday etc.

When you go to a county, https://new.bamatracker.com/county/Madison it would be handy to allow the user to click on the counties in the loaded map to go between counties. Thanks. Great site!

Since both Pfizer and Moderna require two doses 3 and 4 weeks apart, it's very important to record the number of people who have received both doses.

Adding the median lag for each day's reporting batch, and then a 7 day average of the daily medians, might be insightful. It seems like outliers are pushing the average lag up, and that matters, but it could be that "most" deaths are reported in much less than ~90 days.

The county charts are a little hard to read when there are 2 charts across the width of the page (e.g., https://new.bamatracker.com/county/Jefferson). Making them cover the full width of the page or reducing the thickness of the bars and lines on the chart might help.
